The Service is designed for professionals such as architects, engineers, general contractors, and city or municipal staff seeking to expedite construction document reviews.
The Service is currently offered in a closed beta. Features may change, errors may occur, and we make no guarantees of availability, accuracy, or reliability. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Archidian relies on third-party platforms including Railway and Supabasefor cloud hosting, databases, and authentication. We are not responsible for interruptions or data loss caused by third-party service failures, outages, or policy changes.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific outcomes.

The Service is provided without any uptime guarantee or refund policy. Since the beta program is offered for testing and feedback, no refunds or service credits are provided under any circumstance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Austin, Texas, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
