Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Archidian LLC ("Archidian") collects, uses, and shares information across our website at archidian.ai and our application at app.archidian.ai.

2. Data Collection and Third-Party Sign-In

We collect information to provide our services, including:

• Account Information: Name and email address.
• Google user data: When you use "Sign in with Google," we collect your Google ID, email address, and basic profile information (name and profile picture).
• Bluebeam user data: When you use "Sign in with Bluebeam," we receive account identifiers and basic profile information from Bluebeam in order to create or link your Archidian account. If you separately connect the Bluebeam integration, we access the Bluebeam projects, folders, sessions, and files you choose to work with, so we can import documents and push markups back at your direction.
• Organization data: Your membership in an organization or project and your assigned role, so we can apply the correct permissions.
• Construction Documents: Files you manually upload for analysis.
• Billing Information: For paid plans, billing information (name, billing address, and payment method details) is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. Archidian does not store full payment card numbers; we receive only limited billing metadata (such as card brand, last four digits, and subscription status) needed to manage your account.

3. Use of Data and "Limited Use" Disclosure

Archidian's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use your Google data only to authenticate your identity, create your account, and personalize your user experience. We do not use this data for any other purpose. The same limitation applies to account information we receive from Bluebeam.

4. AI Processing & Training Restrictions

Archidian utilizes third-party AI sub-processors to analyze content manually uploaded by users.

• No Training on Your Data: Your uploaded Construction Documents and related analysis data are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI or machine learning models, whether by Archidian LLC or any third-party AI sub-processors. Our AI sub-processors do not train or fine-tune models on your content, and retain it only as necessary to execute processing requests and to maintain the security of their services.
• Transient Processing Only: Your content is processed in a transient state solely to deliver analysis results back to you. It is not stored by our AI sub-processors beyond the time needed to complete processing.
• Sign-In Provider Data: Archidian does not use data obtained via Google APIs or from Bluebeam to train, improve, or fine-tune any AI or ML models. Your Google and Bluebeam profile information is used strictly for authentication and account management.

6. Internal Access for Troubleshooting and Support

To ensure the reliability of the Service, authorized Archidian personnel may occasionally need to access or view your uploaded Construction Documents and processing logs. This access is strictly limited to:

• Resolving customer support requests initiated by you.
• Investigating and debugging system errors, parser failures, or processing anomalies.
• Ensuring the security and stability of our infrastructure.

Strictly No AI Training: Under no circumstances will human review of your documents be used for data labeling, manual model fine-tuning, or training any machine learning models. Access is restricted to authorized engineering personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.

7. Data Deletion & Security

As between you and Archidian, you retain all ownership rights in your uploaded Construction Documents, subject to the limited rights we need to operate the Service. You may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. See Section 10 for how long we keep information. We employ industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

8. Communications

We use the contact information you provide to communicate with you about your account, including service-related and transactional messages (such as processing notifications, billing receipts, and security alerts). From time to time we may also reach out with product updates, news, or offers we think may interest you.

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by replying to any such email or by contacting [email protected], and we will stop sending them. Essential account and service messages may still be sent as needed to operate the Service.

11. Children

Archidian is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

12. State Law Privacy Rights

Residents of California, Texas, and other states with comparable privacy laws may have the right to confirm whether we process their personal information and to access it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising, and not to be treated differently for exercising these rights.

As described in Section 5, we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, but our use of Google Ads for advertising measurement is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
